CODE of PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
We maintain the highest possible professional and ethical standards so as to uphold the dignity and reputation of our company. We exercise our professional skill and judgement to the best of our ability and discharge our professional responsibilities with independence of thought and action, objectivity and integrity.
Further we shall:
- in matters relating to a client's affairs act solely in the best interest of the client
- not enter into any arrangement which might detract from the objectivity and impartiality of advice given to the client
- disclose, at the earliest opportunity, any special relationships, circumstances or business interests which might influence or impair, or could be seen by the client or others to influence or impair, the our judgement or objectivity on a particular assignment
- foster the highest possible standards of professional competence amongst those for whom we are responsible
- comply with the letter and the spirit of the law of any country in which we practice
- comply with the letter and spirit of contractual obligations
- reject any business practice which might reasonably be deemed improper
- keep confidential all confidential information regarding the client's business and staff
- only accept work for which we are qualified and have capacity to undertake
- define and agree ‘Terms of Engagement’ with the client in advance including (and not exclusive to): objectives, operating scope, performance evaluation, ground rules, mutual expectations and assignment compensation
- at all times act with fairness and integrity towards all so as to maintain and/or improve the status of Best Property Albania.
